The new build properties at Grackle Croft, Tattenhall have now been offered to eligible applicants. All the properties have been offered and allocated to local people who met the first stage of the local connection criteria for this scheme.

Subject to tenancy offers being accepted then all properties within this scheme will be occupied by people who meet the required occupancy for these units under the local connection criteria.
